How to enter: download the file; print it at home; create your masterpiece; mail it into The Clipper by the due date on the page (or drop off your entry at our office in El Dorado). You will also find this page printed in the 2/28/23 issue of The Clipper on page 26. Remove the page and create your masterpiece. If you don't receive The Clipper in the mail, look for one of our convenient pick-up locations listed at the bottom of our website. Thanks for entering!
